All Original Lishi sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or “no longer wanted” items. Original Lishi products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty; however, warranty claims require photo and/or video documentation of the defect. Final determination regarding warranty approval and defect status is made solely by Original Lishi.
